CB is a family business that asked us to work hand in hand with its employees to redesign a functional and welcoming workspace that would allow them to continue growing.

For the project of the Comercial Baez offices we want to generate a classic style for work areas creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere to all users and occasional visitors.

The classic style is always timeless and lacks of avant-garde elements that can pass fashionable with ease. Tranquility and warmth are words that define this style well. The color palette of this style seek for warm tones with shades of olive green and ocher, this colors go great with neutral and warm lighting temperature.
The materials are metals in warm colors, woods in amber tones and some accents in leather of different colors. The furniture is solid and with a lot of presence.

For this project, we began by developing an identity,  maintaining a sense of spaciousness and order, seeking for the entire company to develop a sense of belonging to improve productivity and pro-activism. As part of the improvements we provide storage and organization spaces. As well as rest areas and spaces to promote healthy work environment.

The color palette of the building is based on the beige color of the porcelain tile from the floor since it is constant in all the areas. We will use warm neutral colors with slight greenish tones for the walls as well as a muddy green tone for accents. the furniture will have warm shades of brown and black to enhance the spaces.

In terms of furniture, we work hand in hand with a Mexican furniture brand for the desks and storage spaces, the pieces represent a balance of style and practicality since their multifunctionality allows you to work comfortably and create without limits, as soon as to the finishes we see materials such as walnut and laminate with electrostatic painting. Some of the details that give life to the decor are the pots with Philodendron xanadu and the photographs that narrate the history of the company from its origins.

On the facade we added a planter with a varied selection of plants, among which are some pendants in addition to the same interior selection to harmonize.
