Zinnia Raíces Endémicas is a concept designed for the needs of a of young group of Mexican chefs.
The whole concept is based on the Mexican endemic flower zinnia or paper flower, which is an annual bloom small plant that can be found in a wide range of sizes and colors.

The restaurant seeks to highlight and enhance Mexican culture as well as its roots. It’s thought to be located on Mexico City at the south of it on Avenida La Paz Street.

The color palette of the brand uses a dark warm harmony of colors that allows the food to peak the attention of all the visitors.
