The Art and Gastronomy Fair 2016, was held at the Centro Gallego, in the Roma neighborhood of Mexico City on October 18. The main aspiration of the fair was to create social impact through the cultural-gastronomic event to raise awareness and inspire society to carry out actions in favor of autistim, as well as to enjoy a sublime combination of art and flavor with Mexican talent, generating unique experiences for a good cause.

At the fair we had gastronomy, painting, and sculpture. In the part of the patio of the house were more than 10 contemporary proposals of local cuisine among them: Monsieur croque, Soul, Café finca los puentes, Cervecería patito, la pitahaya vegana, Freixenet, D´amicos, Naat, Biacha among others.

While in the interior of the place were exposed around 50 art pieces of Oaxacan artists, in silent auction, all these belonging to Arte de Oaxaca, México Pinta and AMG Life & Arts; Accompanying the works we could also see different products from brands like Ficelle, Stendhal, Cuicari, Anika Mia among several.

During the event, some sculptures were created, such as the macaroon tower created by children with autism directed by Chef Natalia de Le Macaron Boutique; a commemorative canvas for FEGA made with cake-pops by the plastic artist Gabo Mendoza and the Ángeles & Tentaciones pastry shop; a large sculpture of a chocolate egg of Dolcenero by Mauricio Montiel. At the end of the day the event closed with a flourish thanks to a dinner prepared by the chefs, Rodrigo Carrasco, Mauricio Montiel, Diego Niño and Cesar Vasquez.
