We designed Daesigga hand in hand with a young group of Mexican chefs who sought to develop an avant-garde fusion food fine dining restaurant from the most representative countries of Asia; Japan, China, Indonesia, South Korea, Vietnam and Singapore due to their gastronomic and cultural contribution; in order to offer a trip through Asia to those who visit.
The concept seek to be recognized for respecting harmony and
roots of the dishes, transporting each diner to different destinations committing with passion to create honest dishes with extraordinary quality.
Daesigga's name comes from the word glutton in Korean and the logo-mark is made up of the glutton at the top, the name at the center, and the plate of food at the bottom representing fusion food.
The color palette is composed of a harmony of rich wine, red and pink colors that represent the elegance and mystery of Asian culture.
This gastronomic experience begins through a sensory journey of the different cultures of Southeast Asia and East Asia, so the interior design of the space surrounds you in a warm atmosphere with dark tones and a wide variety of materials that refer to them.
