For the City Towers Polanco project we generated a contemporary identity for the common areas, creating a warm and versatile atmosphere in all spaces, in order to provoke a feeling of warmth and belonging to the residents of the complex.
The color palette is neutral in mostly warm tones with eye-catching accents in ocher and black colors on main pieces and accent walls.
The furniture is characterized by straight and simple lines that keep the space clean and formal.
Based on the color and materials palette we suggested a color temperature between 3500 and 4000 degrees kelvin, that is neutral warm light, this to highlight the spaces and create a warm and clean atmosphere.
Lobbies are spaces where we can see a lot of movement and activity, that is why we choose materials that do not require frequent maintenance or cleaning. For the floors we can see ivory cream marble as our canvas with walnut wood furniture with quantum gray fabric and rugs in white and black fibers plus metallic accents to highlight the contemporary style.
For the vegetation we suggested incorporating in all the lobbies big Monsteras deliciosas also known as "Swiss Cheese Plant", a climbing plant which is ideal for low-light environments, originally from the lush jungle this is considered a low maintenance plant.
